Big Change.’ collection of cause-branded products allows our customer community of mature women to participate in a new blend of philanthropy and commerce that directs 100% of profits (after costs) to organizations that need them most. This isn’t a give-back story tacked on for marketing—it’s woven into the company ethos. It makes purpose-built products, with sustainably-sourced ingredients from small growers around the world that deliver real results to post-menopausal women. It sells them through its own channels, backed by the power of the organizations. Together, they created a new model where purpose and product coexist. Where skincare isn’t just about looking better, but doing better. It’s a way of closing the loop between commerce and compassion—one jar at a time. The idea was born at a whisky bar where the co-founders first met. Brook, from the nonprofit world, had spent years navigating the instability of grant cycles and donor fatigue. Evelyn came from big beauty marketing, disillusioned by an industry selling overpriced dreams while ignoring key demographics.
