Invest In Enduring Climate Fund 2

Enduring Planet launched Enduring Climate Fund 2 to support highly impactful climate entrepreneurs in the US.

Fund 2 builds on our successful track record of Enduring Planet’s Fund 1, which has made more than 70 investments in the last 3 years and deploys capital via our innovative Government Advance and Term Loan products.

We completed first close last May (Axios), finalized a guarantee from CIGP (ImpactAlpha), deployed ~$7M from Fund 2, and are now seeking follow-on commitments from institutional impact investors, family offices, foundations, and DAFs.

This note offering for Fund 2 gives private credit investors the following:

• 10% annual coupon, paid quarterly, with a 3-year term, extendable for two more 3-year terms
• 5% first loss coverage by Enduring Planet, with an additional ~10% credit enhancement from the CIGP Guarantee
• Target portfolio with 75+ companies focused on emissions reduction, carbon removal, and climate resilience, majority backed by government grants or contracts
• Fund is led by a female fund manager, and prioritizes investments in underrepresented founders, diverse teams, and companies serving marginalized communities
• Tech-enabled credit underwriting and risk management including real-time integrations with investee bank accounts, payment processing, and accounting systems, automated alerts, and direct ACH debit rights.

Investors can participate in the fund directly ($250K min) or via our CataCap listing. The fund can accept investments, as well as contributions via DAF, PRI, etc.

Enduring Planet is founded by Dimitry Gershenson, Erin Davis, and Josh Krafchin. The founding team has nearly 20 years of combined experience in debt/credit, climate, and operations. EP’s board includes Paige Soya and Olympia De Castro. Enduring Planet is backed by K Street Capital and many other climate-focused investors.
