We are a community of investors committed to financing solutions at the frontlines of climate change, while backing the leaders who have too often been overlooked by traditional capital. We pool our resources to support women-led and BIPOC-led ventures that are building a more resilient, low-carbon future—whether that’s through clean energy, regenerative agriculture, circular economy models, climate adaptation tools, or other transformative innovations. Our goal is to move catalytic capital into the hands of founders who bring lived experience, deep community ties, and bold ideas to the climate crisis. We focus here because climate change is no longer a distant threat—it is reshaping lives and economies right now, with the heaviest burdens falling on communities that have had the least access to power and funding. At the same time, women and BIPOC founders are creating some of the most context-aware, scalable climate solutions, yet they receive only a small fraction of global investment. By backing these leaders, we are not only addressing an urgent planetary emergency, we are unlocking new markets, strengthening local resilience, and proving that climate justice and financial returns can go hand in hand. Together, we aim to demonstrate what’s possible when capital shows up where it’s needed most.
