Our Why

We are a community of investors who believe that a livable climate and gender equity are inseparable goals. We pool our capital to back founders, teams, and technologies that cut emissions, build climate resilience, and put women and gender-diverse leaders at the center of solutions. By aligning our money with our values, we want to accelerate ventures that move us toward a regenerative economy—one where communities thrive, resources are respected, and those most affected by climate breakdown help shape what comes next. We focus on these themes because the clock is ticking, but the window for meaningful action is still open. Women and marginalized genders are disproportionately affected by climate change, yet are underrepresented in decision-making and dramatically underfunded by traditional capital.
