We pool our capital to back founders and ventures that dismantle barriers to care for Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color—whether by expanding trusted neighborhood clinics, building culturally competent digital health tools, or creating new models for mental health and maternal care. Our goal is simple and ambitious: a healthcare system where race no longer predicts health outcomes, and where communities most harmed by inequity have the power, tools, and resources to heal and thrive. These themes matter because the stakes are life and death. In the United States and around the world, communities of color face higher rates of chronic disease, shorter life expectancy, worse maternal and infant outcomes, and deep mistrust of institutions that have historically excluded or harmed them. Yet this is also a moment of profound opportunity: entrepreneurs rooted in impacted communities are building solutions that combine medical insight, technology, and lived experience to close the gap. By investing here, we are not only addressing urgent health crises, but also shifting who owns, leads, and benefits from the health innovations of the future—turning capital into a tool for justice, dignity, and long-term wellbeing.
