We are a community of investors committed to turning capital into a tool for racial justice by backing ventures led by Black, Indigenous, and other entrepreneurs of color. We believe those closest to the problems are closest to the solutions, and we focus our investments on BIPOC-led businesses building power in their communities, expanding access to opportunity, and rewriting who gets to shape our shared future. Together, we aim to grow not only companies, but also ownership, wealth, and decision-making in communities that have been systematically excluded from traditional finance. This work is urgent because the racial wealth gap is not closing on its own—capital markets have helped create it, and now they must help repair it. BIPOC founders are dramatically underfunded despite consistently strong ideas, resilience, and community insight. By channeling patient, values-aligned capital to these leaders, we can unlock new jobs, community assets, and culturally grounded solutions in areas like health, education, climate, and local infrastructure. Our goal is to prove, with real-world outcomes, that investing in BIPOC-led ventures is not charity—it is smart, transformative investing that builds a more just and prosperous economy for everyone.
